LinkedIn Content Creator & Designer for FinTech (Cross-Border Remittance)
Worldwide
About Us: Patch Cap Inc. is a growing FinTech company specializing in cross-border remittance and international payments. We help our clients B2B importers, and institutions with cross-border needs move money faster, transparently, and cost-effectively. Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized B2B Content Creator & Graphic Designer to take full ownership of our LinkedIn presence. Your primary goal will be to create highly engaging, authoritative, and visually compelling LinkedIn posts (mixture of daily or bi-weekly cadence) that build our brand authority and educate our audience on cross-border payments. This is NOT a generic social media management role. You must understand the payments/FinTech space and possess strong design skills to turn complex financial data into "scroll-stopping" visual content. Responsibilities: Write compelling, authoritative LinkedIn copy tailored to B2B audiences, utilizing hooks, clean formatting, and clear calls to action. Design custom graphic assets (static graphics, single-image diagrams, and multi-slide LinkedIn Carousels) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite that align with our brand guidelines. Research current trends, regulatory changes, and pain points in the cross-border remittance and FX space to pitch relevant content ideas. Maintain strict adherence to financial marketing compliance (no unverified rate guarantees or deceptive claims).Schedule and manage posts via our social media management platform. Required Qualifications & Skills: Niche Expertise: Proven experience writing and creating content for FinTech, B2B SaaS, crypto/web3 payments, or traditional financial services. Specific knowledge of cross-border remittance, SWIFT networks, FX markups, and payment rails is a massive plus. Graphic Design: A strong portfolio showing an ability to design clean, modern B2B graphics, charts, and high-performing LinkedIn carousels. LinkedIn Savvy: Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm, formatting best practices, and how to write hooks that maximize content reach. Compliance Aware: Understanding of the boundaries of financial marketing and a commitment to accuracy. Application Requirements: To be considered, please provide: A link to your portfolio showcasing both your B2B writing AND graphic design work (specifically LinkedIn carousels or infographics if you have them). A brief summary of your experience working with FinTech, SaaS, or financial brands. Questions: Please answer the following questions in your proposal: In 2–3 sentences, how would you visually explain the concept of an "FX markup" or "hidden correspondent bank fees" to a business owner using a LinkedIn carousel format? What software do you primarily use to design your social media graphics and carousels? What is your favorite B2B or FinTech brand on LinkedIn right now from a content perspective, and why?
