We're a ghostwriting agency running content for ~15 B2B founders and creators. Here's the part that makes this different from every other writing gig: you're not writing from a blank page. We run everything through an AI system (Claude Code) that drafts each post in the client's voice. Your job is to run it, make the drafts sound genuinely human, and ship the finished batch. If you have a sharp eye for what reads like AI and the discipline to cut it, this is a great fit, and a lot less grind than traditional ghostwriting. What you'll actually do 1. Run content batches through our system (we'll train you — it's just a few steps) 2. Edit the AI drafts so they sound human: cut the fluff and the AI tells, tighten, and drop in the client's real proof and numbers 3. Find and attach the right image for each post (mostly screenshots — we'll show you) 4. QA each batch against our quality bar and hand it off ready to publish 5. Juggle several clients, each with their own voice, cadence, and rules (all documented for you) You're a fit if you 1. Can instantly tell the difference between writing that sounds human and writing that sounds like ChatGPT 2. Are ruthless about cutting AI slop 3. Have great taste and attention to detail 4. Are reliable and organized (you'll own deadlines across multiple clients) 5. Are comfortable learning a simple tech tool (don't worry, no coding) Bonus points 1. Experience ghostwriting or editing LinkedIn / X content 2. Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, agencies, or the creator space 3.
