Linkedin Lead Generation and List Building Support

I need a detail-oriented researcher to identify senior HR, Talent Development, and Learning & Development leaders at a list of ~35–60 companies with a presence in [Dallas-Fort Worth / Minneapolis-St. Paul / Atlanta]. This is manual LinkedIn research, not scraping, I need someone who will carefully verify each person's current role and location before adding them. What you'll do: I'll provide a list of companies and a list of target job titles (9 title categories: Chief People Officer, CHRO, VP HR, VP Learning & Development, VP Talent Development, Director L&D, Director Talent Development, Director HRBP, VP HRBP). For each company, search LinkedIn for people currently holding any of these titles. Confirm the person is currently employed there (not a past role) and is based in or clearly covers the local metro area. Log each match into a shared spreadsheet with their name, exact title, LinkedIn URL, location, and title category. Important: Most companies will have multiple matching people across different title categories — this is not a "one person per company" task. Full written instructions with examples will be provided once we start. Ideal Candidate Experience with LinkedIn research or sourcing (recruiting, sales prospecting, or lead-gen background is a plus) Comfortable with detailed, repetitive manual research — this is not a task for automation/scraping tools Strong attention to detail, especially around verifying current employment and location Good written English for accurate title transcription (instructions will be written in very plain, simple language) Available to share ongoing progress via a live Google Sheet rather than a single final deliverable Deliverable A shared Google Sheet with one row per person found, including: Company, Person Name, Job Title, Title Group, LinkedIn URL, Location, Notes.
