List Builder Needed - Build a Verified List of Accounting & Business Educators (U.S.)

We need a researcher to build a verified contact list of accounting and business educators at U.S. high schools, community colleges, and four-year institutions. DELIVERABLE A CSV with one row per educator and these columns, all required: • First name • Last name • School email address • Job title / role • School / institution name • City • State • Institution type (High School / Community College / 4-Year) • Source URL (the page where you found this person) QUALITY REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable) • No pattern-guessed or inferred email addresses. Every email must come from a real source or a verification tool. • No generic addresses (info@, contact@, mainoffice@). • Every row must include a working source URL. • Every row must show evidence the person teaches accounting, business, personal finance, or a related CTE subject. General faculty with no subject evidence will be rejected. • We will provide a suppression list of contacts we already have. Any duplicate rows against that list will be removed and not paid for. SUGGESTED SOURCES State Department of Education school and CTE program directories, FBLA and DECA chapter advisor listings, state business education association member pages, school staff directory pages, community college faculty pages and course catalogs. Please include in your proposal: 1. Your per-record or hourly rate, and expected records per hour. 2. What email verification tool you use. 4. Any similar education-sector list building you’ve done.
