Live Stream Chat Moderator & Virtual Assistant for Sports Card Business We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Virtual Assistant to help manage our live streaming chat and support the growth of our sports card business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sports, collectibles, live commerce, and engaging with online communities. The primary focus will be keeping our live streams organized, engaging, and customer-friendly while helping with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Live Stream Chat Management Monitor and manage live stream chats during card breaks and sales Welcome viewers, answer basic questions, and keep conversations active Tag and recognize customers, repeat buyers, and VIP community members Help maintain a positive, fun, and professional chat environment Identify customer questions, issues, or potential sales opportunities Help keep the streamer informed of important comments, requests, and buyer activity Customer Engagement & Community Building Build relationships with customers and followers Encourage engagement through comments, reactions, and participation Track regular viewers and high-value customers Help create a welcoming community around our brand Assist with customer follow-ups and basic communication Stream Support Assist with organizing stream flow and keeping things running smoothly Track giveaways, promotions, and customer interactions Help monitor purchases/orders during live events Communicate any technical or customer issues quickly Virtual Assistant Tasks Update spreadsheets and customer tracking documents Assist with scheduling and organizing stream ideas/content Help manage social media comments and messages Assist with basic research related to sports cards, trends, and competitors Other administrative tasks as needed Ideal Candidate: Experience moderating live streams, online communities, or social media preferred Familiarity with sports cards, collectibles, Whatnot, TikTok Live, or live selling is a huge plus Excellent written communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with customers Reliable and available during scheduled live streams Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently Schedule: Part-time to start Must have availability during live streams (evenings/weekends may be required) Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
