Live Stream Crew for Corporate Conference

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a complete 2-person live stream crew (Camera Operator + Streaming Technician) for a 2-day corporate conference in London on December 9th and 10th, 2026. Scope of Work: Full turn-key live streaming setup for an ~8-hour daily event, outputting to LinkedIn Live / Facebook Live. Camera Operator: Single-cam coverage (main speaker/stage, dynamic framing). Streaming Tech: Managing stream encoder/switcher (vMix/OBS/ATEM), RTMP setup, lower-thirds/graphics, and stream monitoring. Ensuring solid back-up local recording and smooth transitions during lunch/breaks. Requirements: Proven experience in corporate event streaming. Must supply full streaming kit (camera, capture devices, wireless mic system, switcher/encoder, and mobile backup router/bonding if needed).
