LiveAuctioneers Auction Catalog Preparation from Existing eBay Listings

We are an established antiques and estate-services business with approximately 3,000 active eBay listings. We are looking for an experienced contractor to help prepare recurring LiveAuctioneers auction catalogs from selected items in our existing eBay inventory. For each auction, we expect to select approximately 200–300 eBay listings. Main Deliverables For the selected listings, the contractor will: Transfer the existing eBay listing information into our LiveAuctioneers CSV template Download the photographs associated with each listing Keep photographs matched to the correct auction lot Rename photographs according to LiveAuctioneers lot-number conventions, such as 1_1.jpg, 1_2.jpg, etc. Maintain the correct photo sequence, with the primary photograph first Perform quality control to make sure no listings or photographs are missing, duplicated, or assigned to the wrong lot Return the completed draft CSV and corresponding photograph folder We are willing to provide appropriate eBay Team Access. We will not provide our primary password or two-factor authentication credentials. What You Will NOT Be Responsible For Our team will handle: Low and high estimates Starting bids Shipping prices Buy It Now prices Final title and description editing Final auction approval If an eBay title or description needs shortening for LiveAuctioneers, the contractor should simply flag it for our team. What We Are Looking For We need someone who is highly experienced with eBay and comfortable with: eBay Seller Hub CSV/Excel files Bulk data or listing workflows Downloading and organizing large numbers of images Exact file-naming conventions Careful quality control Previous LiveAuctioneers or auction-catalog experience is strongly preferred. Efficiency is important. Most of the information already exists in eBay, so we are looking for someone who knows how to retrieve and organize it efficiently rather than manually rebuilding each listing. Recurring Work & Budget This is intended to be an ongoing project, generally about once per month. Typical auction: 200–300 lots Anticipated budget: $200–$250 fixed price per completed auction Before assigning a full auction, we would like to conduct a small test having you choose approximately 10 listings from our ebay site. We are looking for a reliable contractor with whom we can establish a long-term working relationship. We look forward to your reply.
