Local Content Creator / Videographer – Raleigh, NC

I am looking for a creative, adaptable content creator with strong video skills to grow alongside my team in the Raleigh, NC area. This is not a freelance or agency style gig. I am looking for someone who wants to become a true part of the team, with the opportunity to grow from part-time into a long-term, full-time role as we scale. You do not need a film school background or years of high-end production experience. What matters most is that you understand content, think creatively, and genuinely want to be part of a small, fast-moving team where your ideas and growth actually matter. You will work directly with me, capturing everything from behind the scenes moments to polished ads and organic content. As our relationship grows, there may be opportunities to travel to events together and document them firsthand. Over time, there is potential to become the person who owns how this brand looks and feels on camera. What you will work on: - Short form video edits, including light visual effects - Longer form scripted videos for advertising - Behind the scenes footage at events, shoots, and day to day operations - Consistent weekly filming schedule with fast-turn turnaround on short-form content What I am looking for: -A genuine passion for visual storytelling and content creation Someone who thinks outside the box and brings fresh ideas, not just execution -A team player who is coachable and excited to grow their skills with us -Comfortable working closely with leadership, hands on, not managed from a distance -Experience with video is important, but personality and mindset matter just as much as your resume This role starts as a flexible part-time engagement, typically 10 to 15 hours per week. Compensation is based on experience and discussed during the offer stage, with real growth potential as the role expands. I am looking for an ongoing collaboration, but will be running a paid test project with the top finalists who fit the role.
