Summary

We are seeking a results-driven performance marketer to launch local lead-generation campaigns for our boutique women’s wellness studio in Arlington, MA. You will be fully responsible for end-to-end implementation of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads: selecting local targeting, setting up the backend tracking infrastructure (Meta Pixel), and ensuring seamless integration into our booking system to track client acquisition on a fixed monthly budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of local lead generation techniques for brick-and-mortar businesses.
