Local SEO Specialist for Atlanta Esthetics Business – Google Rankings & AEO

I’m looking for a Local SEO + AEO specialist for a 3-month project for my established Atlanta esthetics business, Skinfinity Esthetics. I recently completed a full website redesign and now need to improve my organic search visibility and local positioning. Primary goal: Get Skinfinity prominently positioned in Google Search and Google Maps for high-intent, local searches that potential clients use when looking for facials, estheticians, skincare treatments, anti-aging services, dermaplaning, microneedling, etc. I ultimately want to generate approximately 20 new clients from organic/local search, but I understand the SEO specialist cannot guarantee bookings. The focus of this project is improving search visibility, rankings, qualified traffic, and the path from search to booking. What I need: Comprehensive initial SEO audit of my newly redesigned website Keyword research focused specifically on Atlanta/local search and high-intent service keywords Competitor research to identify realistic ranking opportunities On-page SEO optimization of existing priority pages Title/meta/H1/H2 optimization, internal linking, image/alt text, etc. Technical SEO review and implementation of important fixes Google Business Profile/local SEO optimization Local citation/NAP cleanup Schema/structured data where appropriate AEO/AI-search optimization using legitimate current SEO practices Google Search Console/Analytics setup or review Keyword ranking and organic visibility tracking Monthly reporting with clear explanation of what was done, what improved, and what should happen next My ranking objective: I want to achieve first-page visibility, with Top 5/Top 3 positioning and Local Pack visibility where realistically attainable, for the most valuable keywords. I am NOT looking for someone to simply give me an automated SEO report. I need someone who can identify priorities and actually implement the SEO work. I do not want black-hat SEO, spammy backlinks, keyword stuffing, generic AI-generated blog content, or guaranteed rankings. Budget: approximately $350/month for an initial 3-month engagement. I am open to continuing with the right person after the initial project. Experience with local service businesses, estheticians, med spas, salons, spas, wellness businesses, or other appointment-based businesses is strongly preferred.
