📦 Logistics & Inventory Systems Manager (Amazon FBA + 3PL) We are an established Amazon eCommerce company with stabilized supply chain operations, seeking a Logistics & Inventory Systems Manager to maintain and continuously improve our logistics structure. This is a long-term role focused on control, optimization, and cost discipline — not crisis management. 🎯 Core Objective Maintain a clean, predictable, and cost-efficient supply chain system. Your responsibility is to ensure: • No preventable stockouts • No long-term storage fees • Accurate weekly inventory reconciliation • Controlled freight and landed cost tracking • Smooth 3PL coordination • Stable forecasting execution This is a systems role, not a firefighting role. 🧱 Responsibilities • Monitor days of cover and reorder thresholds • Maintain forecasting accuracy (velocity + lead time based) • Coordinate production and shipment timing with suppliers • Oversee 3PL inventory accuracy and transfers • Track COGS and freight cost per SKU • Prevent aged inventory accumulation • Maintain clean supply chain reporting dashboards • Improve SOPs and process efficiency incrementally 📊 KPIs • Stockout rate • Long-term storage exposure • Forecast accuracy • Freight cost variance • Inventory reconciliation accuracy • Emergency shipment frequency (should be near zero) 🧠 Required Experience • Amazon FBA inventory management • 3PL coordination experience • Forecasting using lead time and safety stock logic • Landed cost tracking and freight control • Strong Excel / Airtable / reporting skills • Process-oriented mindset Do NOT apply if you are: • A PPC manager • A general VA • A marketplace growth consultant • Someone without hands-on inventory control experience 🕒 Structure Full-time preferred Remote Time zone overlap required
