Logistics Analyst — 12-Month Maternity Leave Coverage (NA Supply Chain) Project Description: We're looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to manage our North American supply chain operations while covering a team member's 12-month maternity leave. The ideal candidate can independently own freight coordination, carrier negotiations, 3PL performance, and inventory discrepancy investigations from day one — no long ramp-up required. EHPlabs is a fast-growing, category-leading supplement brand (OxyShred) with a supply chain spanning manufacturers, warehouses, and major retail/3PL partners including RJW, ShipBob, Walmart, GNC, and The Vitamin Shoppe. Your work will keep freight moving on time and on budget, and give leadership clear visibility into performance through KPI dashboards and reporting. This is an hourly engagement running the full 12 months, with an immediate start. If you have a track record of independently managing carrier relationships, running 3PL performance reviews, and resolving logistics discrepancies end-to-end, we'd love to hear from you. Please share relevant experience — ideally within CPG/FMCG supply chains — your familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or SPS Commerce, and any initial questions about the role. Skills Required: - Logistics / Supply Chain Analysis - Carrier Negotiation & 3PL Management - Experience with NetSuite required; SPS Commerce is a plus Scope of Work: - Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance scorecards across transportation, warehousing, inventory, and 3PL operations - Coordinate inbound freight movements and manage carrier/broker relationships, including rate negotiation - Independently investigate and resolve warehouse and inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis - File and manage freight and warehouse claims through to resolution - Run operational reviews with 3PL partners and track SLA compliance - Maintain accurate, audit-ready shipment documentation (BOLs, PODs, invoices) Timeline 12-month engagement, immediate start (maternity leave coverage) Location Preference is United States or Canada. This is a remote role. Must be able to work either CST or PST.
