Logistics & E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist – Pakistan to Saudi Arabia Corridor (SABER/3PL )

We are an expanding e-commerce business looking to establish a reliable, fully compliant commercial supply chain corridor from Karachi, Pakistan, to Saudi Arabia. We need an experienced supply chain expert to independently architect, vet, and execute our end-to-end international logistics setup. We do not have a physical presence or pre-existing connections in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a freelancer who possesses a deep, tactical understanding of Saudi Arabia's e-commerce market, ZATCA customs compliance, warehousing, order management, and local 3PL ecosystems to guide our setup from sourcing to final delivery. Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities * Pakistan Sourcing: Identify, vet, and negotiate comprehensive, all-inclusive DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quotes from reliable door-to-door cargo service providers operating out of Karachi. * Saudi 3PL Sourcing: Cold-source, audit, and select high-performing Saudi 3PL warehouses capable of managing B2C e-commerce inventory, order processing, and system integrations. * Compliance & IOR Management: Structure the legal Importer of Record (IOR) framework for our cargo. Correctly map product HS codes and coordinate the entire Saudi SABER platform registration process (PCoC and SCoC). * Execution & Order Management: Oversee shipment dispatches from Karachi through Saudi customs clearance, ensure smooth inbound processing at the warehouse, and verify that the 3PL's order management system is ready for live e-commerce sales. Required Experience & Skills * Proven experience managing Saudi customs clearance (ZATCA / Fasah / SABER portals). * Solid understanding of the Saudi B2C e-commerce logistics and fulfillment market (including familiarity with local last-mile courier networks). * Direct experience auditing, negotiating, and setting up inventory and order management workflows with Middle Eastern 3PL providers. * High digital resourcefulness—the ability to source, vet, and verify international logistics partners remotely without needing warm local introductions. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a major advantage). Project Structure & Budget This is a Fixed-Price project structured around clear milestones to ensure mutual accountability. We are open to discussing the total budget based on your experience and proposed strategy.
