Logo & Brand Identity Kit for a Content Agency (Dubai-based)

About us: Lexica is a new bilingual Arabic-English translation and content studio based in Dubai, working with PR and marketing agencies across the GCC. We handle both translation and original content writing in both languages — positioned around a "zero-defect handoff": work that goes straight to the client without needing revision. What we need: A complete, professional logo and brand identity kit we can use across our website, proposals, and client communications. This is a foundational brand package for a new company — we need something clean, credible, and modern that will hold up when presented to established PR and marketing agencies as clients. Deliverables 1- Primary logo — horizontal lockup and a stacked/vertical version Icon-only mark (usable as favicon, app icon, and social media avatar) 2- Color palette with exact hex codes (and CMYK for future print use) Typography recommendation — primary and secondary typeface, confirmed licensed for commercial use 3- Light-background and dark-background versions of the logo 4- A short usage guide (1–2 pages) covering minimum size, clear space, and basic don'ts 5- All files in both vector (SVG + AI or EPS) and raster (PNG, transparent background, multiple sizes) Design direction 1- Should feel precise, modern, and trustworthy — this is a language/content business, not a creative/visual production studio, so please avoid anything that reads as a video/photography brand 2- Needs to work cleanly in a bilingual Arabic-English context — please flag if you have relevant experience designing for Arabic-facing brands, even if the primary wordmark stays in Latin script 3- No specific color or symbol requirements — open to your creative direction, but happy to share initial reference concepts once we start What I'll provide at kickoff 1- Company name and short brand story 2- Target audience and positioning notes Process: 1- Please share 3–5 initial logo concepts/directions before we pick one to refine 2- Up to 2 rounds of revisions included on the chosen direction 3- Final delivery includes full source files, not just exported images Who we're looking for 1- A track record in logo/brand identity design specifically — please link 2–3 portfolio pieces that are full identity kits, not just standalone logos 2- Comfortable working with a small, clearly-scoped budget and timeline 3- Experience with bilingual or MENA-market branding is a plus To apply, please include: 1- Links to 2–3 relevant brand identity projects in your portfolio 2- A one-line note on your process (how many concepts, how many revisions, turnaround time) 3- Confirmation you'll deliver full vector source files, not just PNGs
