Logo Designer Needed for Christian Missions Organization — Partners of Paul’s About the Organization Partners of Paul’s is a Christian missions organization that exists to partner with national pastors and ministry leaders around the world. Rather than primarily sending American missionaries overseas, our ministry comes alongside faithful national pastors who are already serving in their own countries, languages, and communities. We help provide financial support, training, resources, and long-term partnership so these pastors can strengthen churches and reach more people with the Gospel. A major theme of our organization is: **“We are the partners.”** We want churches and individual supporters to understand that when they give, pray, and participate, they are personally partnering with pastors who are serving on the front lines of ministry. ## What We Need We are looking for a talented logo/brand designer to create a professional, memorable logo for **Partners of Paul’s**. This will become the primary identity for the organization and will be used on: * Website * Social media * Printed materials * Church presentations * Promotional videos * Mission reports * Clothing and merchandise * Signs and banners * Donor communications We are not looking for something that feels like a generic nonprofit or traditional clip-art missions logo. We want something that could become a recognizable ministry brand for many years. ## Design Direction We prefer a logo that is: * Clean and modern * Professional * Strong but approachable * Simple enough to recognize immediately * Appropriate for a Christian missions organization * Able to work well in both full color and one color * Easily recognizable as a small social-media icon or favicon We are interested in incorporating the initials **P + P** or some creative representation of **Partners of Paul’s** into the symbol. One concept we have explored is creating a subtle architectural/church shape through the P’s or negative space. We like the idea of the logo having a connection to the local church without looking like a stereotypical church logo. **We do NOT want a cross to be the primary design element.** The two P’s need to remain recognizable. We do not want them abstracted so heavily that someone cannot tell they are P’s. The logo should communicate ideas such as: **Partnership — Church — Missions — Connection — Multiplication — Strengthening National Pastors** We are open to creative interpretation and would like the designer to bring original ideas rather than simply executing one exact sketch. ## Style Think: **Modern missions organization + established nonprofit + strong church/ministry identity.** We want something that would look equally appropriate: * On the front of a T-shirt * On a professional donor presentation * At the top of a website * On the side of a missions display * Embroidered on a hat * As a social-media profile picture We prefer simplicity over an overly detailed illustration. ## Please Avoid We would prefer to avoid overly common missions-logo imagery such as: * Generic globes * Hands holding the world * Airplanes flying around the earth * Doves * Large obvious crosses * Generic church clip art * Complicated illustrations * Stock-logo concepts We want an identity that feels specifically created for **Partners of Paul’s**. ## Deliverables Final project should include: * Primary logo * Logo mark/icon * Horizontal version * Stacked version * Full-color version * Black version * White/reversed version * Transparent-background files * Vector source files (AI, EPS and/or SVG) * High-resolution PNG files * JPG files * Social-media/profile icon * Favicon * Font information * Color palette with HEX, RGB and CMYK values We would also like full commercial rights to the final design. ## When Applying Please send: 1. 3–5 examples of logos you personally designed that best demonstrate your style. 2. Any examples of nonprofit, church, ministry, or organization branding you have completed. 3. A brief explanation of how you typically approach the logo-development process. 4. The number of initial concepts you normally provide. 5. The number of revision rounds included. 6. Confirmation that original vector/source files and full commercial rights are included. **Please begin your proposal with the words “Partners of Paul’s” so we know you read the full project description.** We are looking for someone who can help us develop more than just a nice-looking graphic. We want to create a recognizable identity that represents partnership with national pastors and can serve this ministry for many years.
