Summary

The supplied logo and patch images are visual references, not approved production artwork. The selected designer must manually reconstruct the symbols, lettering, spacing, proportions, and geometry in Adobe Illustrator. Automated Image Trace, AI-generated lettering, and simple raster upscaling will not be accepted. The designer must preserve the established O’Linn identity while correcting the typography and creating versions that work equally well on black, white, light, and dark backgrounds. For each of the two patches and the horizontal company logo: Adobe Illustrator .AI Editable .EPS .SVG Vector .PDF Transparent high-resolution .PNG White-background .PNG Dark-background .PNG Full-color, black, white, and one-color versions RGB and CMYK versions Pantone or equivalent spot-color specifications Live-text version and outlined-text production version A one-page logo specification sheet showing colors, fonts, spacing, and approved variations For the folder, inserts, and business card: Editable Adobe InDesign or Illustrator source files Packaged fonts and linked assets, with licensing documented Print-ready CMYK PDFs Proper bleed, trim, folds, safe zones, and crop marks Screen-preview PDFs without printer marks Printer preflight corrections included All artwork placed on the exact chosen printer’s dyeline A raster-to-vector reconstruction before and after A presentation folder designed on an actual printer dyeline A coordinated set of business collateral Clean typography work, not only illustrated logos Commercial print-production experience Patch warning Vector patch artwork and machine embroidery files are separate deliverables. Illustrator, EPS, and SVG files are the scalable design masters. Files such as DST or PES contain machine stitch instructions. Wilcom specifically distinguishes editable artwork from DST machine files and notes that production-quality embroidery may still require expert adjustment I don't want basic or cookie cutter anything i want elite! You will see on the card sample the current mascot but you will see in the other folder example that we are considering changing the mascot to that image something more realistic the problem is how do we save that new mascot for future print use every change in chat slightly changes the mascot so we need him recreated we also love the die cut business card idea but maybe we will focus on the the logo symbol and not the mascot on the die cut card this time same the mascot for marketing use
