Logo and Business Identity Visual Design

We’re looking for a talented designer to help develop the visual identity for Pilchards & Pogies, a handcrafted fishing lure brand built around one simple idea: Purpose Built. Fish Proven. Pilchards & Pogies exists to create handcrafted fishing lures that outperform mass-produced alternatives. Each lure is intentionally designed to give anglers greater control, versatility, and confidence on the water. We’re looking for someone who can translate that philosophy into a distinctive, memorable, and versatile brand identity. What We’re Looking For: - A primary logo and supporting logo/mark - A strong visual identity that feels modern, authentic, handcrafted, and performance-driven - Custom illustration/iconography incorporating the pilchard, pogy, and fishing lure - A logo system that works across lure packaging, hats, fishing apparel, stickers, boat decals, website, and social media - Clean, professional designs that can work equally well in full color and one-color applications - Strong attention to typography, composition, and brand consistency Brand Direction The overall aesthetic should feel like modern fishing heritage... clean and intentional rather than overly rustic or generic.
