About Us I'm building a media company around entrepreneurship, leadership, business ownership, community impact, and storytelling. We produce podcasts, keynote speeches, interviews, educational content, documentaries, fundraising videos, and commercial content for multiple brands. This is not a one-off editing gig. I'm looking for someone who wants to become part of a growing content operation and help build a world-class production system. About the Role I'm looking for an experienced Long-Form Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos. You'll primarily edit: Podcast episodes Interviews Keynote presentations Educational workshops Documentary-style videos Client content Promotional videos Case studies Event recap videos The ideal candidate understands storytelling—not just cutting clips together. You know how to create pacing, emotion, curiosity, and retention. What You'll Do Your responsibilities include: Organize raw footage Sync audio and video Edit multi-camera interviews Remove mistakes and filler words Improve pacing and storytelling Clean and balance audio Color correct and color grade footage Add B-roll where appropriate Add lower thirds and title graphics Add intro/outro animations Add music and sound effects Create sponsor placements when needed Export multiple formats (4K, 1080p, social versions) Upload final deliverables to Google Drive Keep project files organized Our Workflow We use: ClickUp for project management Google Drive for file storage WhatsApp for quick communication only Each project follows this workflow: Receive assigned task in ClickUp Download project assets from Google Drive Organize project files Create rough cut Submit rough cut Incorporate revisions Deliver final exports Upload final files to Google Drive Mark project complete in ClickUp Required Skills You should be highly proficient with one or more of: Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro Experience with the following is a plus: After Effects Adobe Audition Photoshop Motion Graphics Audio Mixing Color Grading Technical Requirements Because we work with large 4K video files, this position requires: High-performance editing computer Reliable high-speed fiber internet (minimum 300 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload) SSD storage Backup storage solution Ability to regularly download and upload files that are 20GB–100GB+ Reliable electricity and workspace If your internet or computer cannot consistently handle large video files, this position will not be a good fit. Deliverables Typical weekly workload may include: 1–3 podcast episodes 1–2 interview episodes 1 keynote presentation Event recap videos Promotional videos Client projects Revisions Workload will vary depending on production schedule.
