Long-Term Odoo Developer for Custom Modules

We need an Odoo developer to build and test custom modules on an ongoing basis. THE WORK Development and testing of custom Odoo modules according to written specifications. You receive the requirements, build the module, test it, and deliver it. Steady flow of work - we expect this to run 6 months or longer. REQUIREMENTS - Odoo module development (custom modules, not just configuration) - Python - JavaScript for Odoo web/frontend - ERP experience - You use AI coding agents in your workflow (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or similar) - English good enough to read specifications and discuss technical details in writing and on calls TERMS - $7.50/hour - 6+ months - Hourly contract, remote, flexible hours - We start with a small paid task (3-5 hours) before the long-term contract TO APPLY Answer these two questions: 1. Which Odoo versions have you worked with, and what modules have you built? 2. Which AI coding agents do you use, and for what part of your work? Applications that don't answer both will be skipped.
