Long-Term 3D Product Rendering Partner for Architectural Site Furnishings

We are seeking an experienced 3D rendering artist to become a long-term visualization partner for a manufacturer of architectural site furnishings. The company designs and manufactures high-quality concrete and steel exterior products, including items such as benches, tables, planters, bike racks, and other site amenities. We are looking for someone who can help us build a consistent library of accurate, realistic product renders as the existing product line is updated and new products are introduced. This is not a one-time project. We are looking for a reliable partner who can establish a repeatable workflow and work with us on an ongoing basis. Initial Project The first phase will involve rendering a selection of three existing products to establish: · Rendering style · Material standards · Lighting approach · File delivery process Representative PDF product specification sheets are attached. CAD files will be provided to shortlisted candidates during the evaluation process to protect our client's intellectual property. Future work will include additional products and product variations. Scope of Work You will be responsible for: · Creating accurate 3D models from CAD files, drawings, dimensions, or reference images (as needed) · Producing realistic product renders · Creating accurate materials including concrete, aggregate, powder-coated steel, and other manufactured finishes · Delivering high-resolution isolated product renders for use in marketing materials Our team handles final compositing, Photoshop work, and environmental scene creation when needed. We primarily need excellent product modeling and rendering; not full marketing scene creation. Deliverables Typical deliverables may include: · High-resolution product render with transparent background (alpha channel) · Clean isolated product imagery · Source 3D files (preferred) · Additional render passes when useful (such as material/object ID) Ideal Candidate You are a good fit if you have experience with: · Industrial design visualization · Product rendering · Hard-surface 3D modeling · CAD-to-render workflows · Manufactured products · Architectural products or outdoor furnishings Strong experience with tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max/V-Ray, or similar platforms is preferred. The initial project will help establish the rendering style, workflow, and production process. Once a baseline is established, we anticipate transitioning to a predictable fixed-price structure per product/rendering package. We anticipate ongoing work to render the entire product line, as well as new ones as the product line grows.
