(Long Term Role) Video Editor for Faceless YouTube Channels - Longform

The work: We use a tool that auto-produces a near-finished video (script, voiceover, footage, and graphics already in place). Your job is to take that video and take it from 80% done to 100% done. *What You'll Do* -Receive video drafts from us daily -Review each video for quality issues (bad footage, awkward cuts, pacing problems) -Swap weak footage for clips that actually match what's being said - Fix parts that drag or feel off — tighten the pacing - Pick the right built-in templates for motion graphics and adjust the text You will edit the videos inside our editor dashboard, which has templated motion graphics, stock footage, and more tools built in and looks like a simplified Premiere Pro. Think of yourself as the editor who takes a rough-but-complete video and makes it better. What we actually care about: We care about keeping viewers watching: knowing which footage fits a moment, when to change the scene before people get bored, and how to keep someone hooked to the end. If you instinctively notice when a video drags, you're who we want. Requirements: Sharp eye for what keeps viewers engaged Smart, quick to learn, easy to train, adapts fast Knows what to change and when to do it, doesn't just act like a robot Reliable and consistent — this is steady, ongoing work Good research skills to find the right footage when needed Responsive — We don't care when you work, but we need fast replies to messages during the week. Pay: $12 per video (~15min), roughly 3 videos per day. At a steady full-time pace that's $900-$1000/month. Plus a $15 bonus for every video that crosses 100k views. The faster and more reliably you work, the more you earn. Long-term role.
