Long-Term Video Editor Needed for YouTube & Paid Social Content

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team on a long-term, project-based basis. We produce ongoing video content for multiple clients, including YouTube videos and short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, fast, creative, experienced with agency workflows, and available for regular communication during EST hours. The ideal freelancer will have native or bilingual English and a strong track record on Upwork, and must be a freelancer (no agencies). Deliverables and Responsibilities • Edit YouTube videos, typically 5–15 minutes long • Create short-form social videos, typically 7–30 seconds long • Maintain strong pacing, clean cuts, and engaging visual flow • Perform colour correction and basic audio improvements • Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions, and transitions • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips • Follow supplied creative briefs, references, and brand guidelines • Name and organize all exported files according to the provided naming formats • Add completed edits to the provided review file or platform for each task • Complete revisions accurately and efficiently based on team feedback • Deliver work quickly and consistently while meeting agreed deadlines • Communicate proactively if any instructions, assets, or deadlines are unclear
