Long-Term YouTube Video Editor Needed – Relaxed Roblox Gaming Channel

I'm looking for a reliable video editor for a Roblox Dress to Impress YouTube channel. This is not a MrBeast-style, hyper-edited channel. The videos are relaxing, cozy, and personality-driven. The editing should feel clean, natural, and almost invisible. The Job Each recording is typically 1 - 1.5 hours long and needs to be edited into a 25–35 minute YouTube video. Your main responsibilities will be: - Remove silence, filler, dead air and repetition. - Cut out misreads, stumbles and spelling mistakes. - Keep the pacing smooth and engaging without making it feel rushed. - Caption the full video + check correct spelling and words - Occasionally add a cute meme or visual gag when it genuinely improves the moment. - Add music from my provided music library. - Deliver a polished video that requires little to no revisions. This is more about good judgment and attention to detail than flashy effects. What I'm Looking For We're looking for someone who: - Has excellent attention to detail. - Has strong english to QC captions - Can follow an editing style consistently. - Learns quickly and enjoys improving their workflow. - Is reliable and communicates well. - Wants a long-term working relationship. We currently upload 3 videos per week, and if we work well together I'd like to increase that over time.
