Long-term Accounting Reviewer Position + Bookkeeping For Training

When you did a bookkeeping only with a system such as Quick Book, then DO NOT APPLY. **** We're an established accounting firm with top international membership, and we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Reviewer. This role is primarily focused on bookkeeping review, with additional bookkeeping duties to assess technical proficiency and understand the local rules. --- Responsibilities & Compensation: Review (350)+ Bookkeeping (100) = $450 1. Bookkeeping Review (Primary Focus) — $350/month (SIX clients) Join our team and help ensure accurate and timely filings. Review bookkeeping for SIX clients. 2. Bookkeeping Duties — $100/month This is to familiarize yourself to the accounting system of the country. Process approximately 200 bank transactions and 400 journal entries (e.g., invoices, depreciation). Follow our standardized protocols using provided Excel templates. Upload completed files to our system (this starts after your first two months). --- Requirements VERY IMPORTANT: Strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Solid understanding of VAT systems. Willingness to use AI tools, translators, or Google to overcome any language barriers. Prior experience with a reputable accounting firm (Big firms). Ability to work independently and remotely. --- Engagement Structure Our engagement process is structured in phases to ensure a great fit for both sides. 1.Testing Phase (1 month): Focus: Bookkeeping for one simple company to know your ability and effort. Compensation: $50 2. Bookkeeping Phase (3 months or less): Focus: Ongoing monthly bookkeeping for one company to familarize the accounting system. Compensation: $100/month 3. Review Phase (1 month): Focus: One tax preparation task as a test. Compensation: $100 (for bookkeeping) + $50 (for the review task) 4. Full Engagement (After 4 months): Focus: Combined review and bookkeeping for multiple clients. Compensation: Full compensation of $450/month --- Important Notes A skills assessment will be provided to selected candidates. Long-term engagement (multi-years) is possible based on performance.
