Looking For Media Buyer (Long-Term)

We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our growing agency full-time. We specialize in generating leads for home service businesses (HVAC & Garage door Companies) using Facebook & Instagram ads. We're looking for someone who can take a client from onboarding all the way to launch, owning the entire setup process before optimizing and scaling campaigns. Responsibilities When a new client signs, you'll be responsible for: - Reviewing the onboarding questionnaire - Researching competitors - Develop offers, ad angles, and campaign concepts - ad copy (We have proven frameworks that are copy and paste) - Creating static ad creatives using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Manus, etc.) - Building campaigns - Setting up audiences, tracking, and campaign structure - Building the client's GoHighLevel account from our snapshots - Configuring pipelines, calendars, forms, workflows, and automations - Completing A2P registration - Monitoring, optimizing, and scaling campaigns based on performance Requirements: - Experience in lead gen for contractors - Experience with GoHighLevel - Strong understanding of campaign strategy - Experience creating static ad creatives - English communication - Highly organized with great attention to detail - Able to work independently without constant direction Bonus Points - Home service marketing experience (HVAC, garage doors, plumbing, roofing, etc.) - Experience building GoHighLevel snapshots - Experience with A2P registration - Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, Manus, etc. This Position Is For You If... - You enjoy building campaigns from scratch. - You like owning projects instead of just making small optimizations. - You naturally think in systems and processes. - You enjoy testing creatives and finding winning ad angles. - You're constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
