Looking for an Experienced Dutch Bookkeeper / Accountant (SnelStart & Margin Scheme)

Scope of Work We manage our daily bookkeeping ourselves using SnelStart. All invoices, purchases, expenses, sales, and bank transactions are entered by us. We are not looking for someone to do our daily bookkeeping. We are looking for an experienced Dutch bookkeeper/accountant who can: Every Quarter (approximately every 3 months) Review our bookkeeping Check that all transactions have been recorded correctly Verify the VAT treatment (including the Dutch Margin Scheme for second-hand goods) Identify any mistakes or missing entries Confirm that our records are ready for the quarterly VAT return (BTW aangifte) Answer accounting questions when needed At the End of the Financial Year Review and finalize the bookkeeping Prepare the annual financial statements Prepare and submit the Dutch Income Tax return (Inkomstenbelasting) Provide advice on possible tax optimizations About Our Business Mobile phone repairs Purchase of used phones from private customers Refurbishment and resale of second-hand phones Accessories Vinted Go parcel point Estimated Workload The workload is relatively small because we perform the daily bookkeeping ourselves. Quarterly review: approximately 2–3 hours every three months Year-end closing and tax return: additional work once per year We are looking for a long-term partnership with someone who is familiar with Dutch accounting, Dutch VAT, and preferably SnelStart.
