Looking for an Experienced and Detail-Oriented Architect or Drafter

We are seeking drafting services from a very experienced drafter or architect for the scope of work described in the video and for the deliverables attached in the specification pdf to be provided. Before accepting the offer, we ask for the following steps to be completed 1. (All Projects Require a completed and filled-out cover sheet per our template and guidelines. We will provide all data for input; you are responsible for obtaining a Google screenshot of the location) We will provide existing CAD files, along with the PDF of Site Plan to be converted in CAD. Deliverables: - Revised Site plan showing full parcel and features - Revised Pages Illustrating changes described in the scope of work video 3. Review Google folder as needed (Photos, videos, measurements, property and client info and any as-built or pre-existing dwgs will be in drafting resources folder) ___________________________________ After Offer acceptance, we ask for the following steps to be completed. 1. Download the Google app if needed and set up a shortcut to our DWG Template so we can have the most up-to-date DWG versions at all times. 3. Once plans are drafted and ready to review, please send us a PDF for review on Upwork or WhatsApp 4. If revisions are requested by the building department, a comment response letter is to be provided, and plan changes are to be clouded.
