Key Responsibilities  Software Architecture and Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services utilizing C# and the modern .NET ecosystem including .NET Core and .NET 8. Develop dynamic, highly responsive user interfaces utilizing modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor, alongside advanced state management libraries. Architect and implement secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and gRPC services capable of handling complex business logic and seamless cross-platform integration. Apply advanced design patterns, dependency injection, and strict adherence to SOLID principles to write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code. Implement real-time communication features utilizing technologies like SignalR or WebSockets to enhance interactive application capabilities. AI Integration and Innovation: Fulfill specific project requirements by integrating artificial intelligence models, specifically Large Language Models, directly into the application architecture. Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures by orchestrating document parsing, chunking, and integrating vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, or Milvus. Utilize frameworks like Microsoft Semantic Kernel or LangChain to orchestrate complex AI workflows, manage multi-agent interactions, and handle prompt engineering tasks effectively. Bridge the gap between standard backend systems and machine learning services while implementing caching strategies and streaming responses to ensure low-latency AI interactions. Establish robust safeguards against prompt injection and manage context window limitations efficiently to optimize AI API usage costs and overall system performance. Database Management and Quality Assurance: Design highly scalable relational database schemas and manage complex data interactions utilizing SQL Server and Entity Framework Core. Execute advanced query optimization, indexing strategies, and complex database migration management to ensure minimal latency and data integrity. Monitor application performance continuously, identify system bottlenecks, and execute necessary profiling strategies across both backend web servers and database layers. Conduct rigorous peer code reviews to maintain high code quality and ensure strict adherence to architectural standards and security protocols. Write extensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both standard application logic and AI-driven components to guarantee absolute system stability. Requirements & Qualifications  Core Technical Competencies: A minimum of three to five years of proven professional experience in full-stack software engineering heavily focused on C# and modern .NET frameworks. Exceptional proficiency in frontend web development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and a deep understanding of component-based UI architectures. Demonstrated practical experience integrating artificial intelligence technologies, specifically utilizing OpenAI or Azure OpenAI REST APIs, into production-grade environments. Proven expertise working with vector databases and embedding models required for building semantic search and contextual artificial intelligence applications. In-depth knowledge of relational database design, advanced Transact-SQL, and optimizing Object-Relational Mapping queries for high-throughput systems. Advanced proficiency with distributed version control systems, specifically Git, encompassing complex branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and collaborative pull request workflows. Analytical and Methodological Skills: Solid understanding of modern software design principles including microservices, Domain-Driven Design, and Event-Driven Architecture. Deep awareness of web security standards and common vulnerability mitigation techniques such as preventing Cross-Site Scripting and SQL injection. Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with the ability to troubleshoot complex full-stack issues independently from the database up to the user interface. Extensive experience working within Agile software development methodologies and utilizing project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to track progress accurately. Strong English communication skills for drafting comprehensive technical documentation and articulating complex architectural concepts to multidisciplinary teams. Nice to Have Prior exposure to cloud computing environments, specifically Microsoft Azure, including deploying scalable web applications and managed AI services. Practical experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms, notably Docker, to facilitate seamless deployments. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies to automate testing and release pipelines. A foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, and model fine-tuning techniques.
