Our primary goal is to centralize our technical infrastructure into one secure and reliable environment, such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Hostinger. We need one accountable person or team to manage the entire technical ecosystem. The selected contractor must be able to work with healthcare, education, community, and nonprofit platforms. All websites and applications must be professional, modern, secure, scalable, and easy to maintain. OnDemandPsych is particularly important. Mobile Applications Applications to review: UPSC Network application Kashmir Online application Future OnDemandPsych application The selected contractor will: Audit the existing mobile applications Determine what can be reused Identify what should be improved, replaced, or rebuilt Create a scalable application strategy Ensure every application connects properly with its website, database, and backend Initial Deliverables The project should begin with a complete technical audit. Initial deliverables must include: An inventory of all technical assets and accounts An assessment of each website and application Security, backup, and infrastructure risk findings Recommended hosting and system architecture Recovery or migration plan Prioritized implementation roadmap Timeline and cost estimate for each phase Ongoing maintenance and support proposal Complete technical and access documentation Please do not begin rebuilding or migrating systems until the audit and recommended plan have been reviewed and approved.
