Looking for Full Time Operator

We are hiring a full time Operator at ACTISCALE. The honest part first: this is not a Customer Success Manager role and not a comfortable job. We are looking for an A-player who wants to absolutely crush it. ACTISCALE builds and runs outbound departments for B2B companies on a performance based model. In return: you work closely with the Co-Founder, grow big in your role and learn a lot by doing. You start with the areas below, then take over complete fields, then manage them, with a path to manager and later director of your field. On top of base salary you earn a bonus for every happy customer where we saw you helped make it happen. We highly reward A-players. We do not tolerate B-players. What you will own: Full LinkedIn account handling • Setting up, managing and renewing proxies • Managing credentials • Creating workspaces and inviting clients • Improving accounts end to end (pictures, verification, LinkedIn Premium) • Connecting accounts to Hidemyacc Full mailbox setup • Selecting domain names and the cheapest provider • Using our automations to fully set up mailboxes • Getting names and profile pictures from clients • Connecting all mailboxes everywhere they need to run • Spotting what breaks and messaging me directly Executive assistant work • Unexpected non-automated tasks that just need doing (hiring support, answering applicants) Full reporting • Owning the reporting sheet and fixing the automations behind it • Checking regularly that everything runs clean • Making sure meetings get tracked and all Supabase info lands in the accounts Monitoring expenses • Reminding me what to cancel or renew before it damages the business What we are looking for: • Technical skill first. Daily work with AI, fixing automations, later designing your own with Claude. DNS, proxies, mailbox settings and warmup should excite you • Strong written and spoken English • Precision, noticing that one account of forty is off and fixing it before anyone sees it • Full ownership, you decide what needs attention, you solve or escalate fast • Hunger to grow, your responsibilities expand constantly Setup: full time, fully remote, starting asap.
