Looking for a Shopify / Google Meta Ads marketer to help grow our US store

We run a Shopify ecommerce store in the US and are looking for someone experienced with Meta Ads and ecommerce growth. We already have campaigns running and some sales coming through, but we need someone who can actually look through the account, understand what’s working/not working and help us scale without just increasing budgets. Main things we need help with: Meta Ads account audit and campaign structure Creative testing and figuring out which angles/hooks to push Improving CPA and ROAS Retargeting Looking at the Shopify funnel as well, not just Ads Manager Weekly reporting with actual insights, not just screenshots of numbers Would prefer someone who has worked with US Shopify/DTC brands before and can share a couple of examples of accounts they’ve managed. We’re not looking for a big agency right now. Ideally someone hands-on who can work directly with us and explain what they’re doing.
