Looking for a Story Editor for Narrative Audio Podcast

Hello. I am looking for a story editor to shape the narrative arc of my audio-only, channelled podcast. This role is for someone who can listen to raw podcast audio, find and shape the story inside of it. Currently, my podcast has six 15-20 minute episodes. I have all the necessary pieces - I have the raw recorded audio, the theme, title, intro, outro, descriptions, episode titles, subthemes, and script outlines. I am looking for someone to help me shape this into something that an audience can receive. Ideally, I would like someone familiar with spirituality, metaphysics and psychic channeling, someone outside of conventional fiction or business, who can preserve my source material’s authentic voice. Right now, each episode includes two sub-recordings - one channelled portion, and one written portion. My challenge is connecting and blending the separate pieces so the story moves forward clearly. I would like someone who sees what I can see, and shape the audio without removing or overediting its contents, so the flow remains free. I would also like this person to create structure by organizing metaphysical concepts, repeating messages and non-linear timelines into an accessible arc. I would like this person to clarify ambiguous terminology and smooth out transitions + tune into the rhythm of the story to understand the underlying vision All raw components are available except the correct story order.
