Looking for 3d artist (blender) for sports equipment

We're building a web app where people customise sports equipment in live 3D, in the browser (Three.js). We need accurate, lightweight 3D models of real products, built to a clear spec. We start with a paid pilot: 1 product in 2–3 colourways. If it goes well, there may be on going work What you'll do - Model real products from photos and spec sheets, matching the real shape closely. - Build the main body as one clean piece. Keep swappable parts as separate, named objects. - Add small marker points at locations we specify (we use them to attach parts in code). - Create PBR textures, with colourways as separate texture sets. What you'll deliver for each product - Master file: editable .blend with 4K textures, nothing collapsed into the final shape. - Web file: .glb at 15k–40k triangles, Draco-compressed, textures 2K or smaller. - Real-world scale, Y-up, consistent naming. We'll give you a reference model and a written spec. You should have - Strong Blender skills in hard-surface or product modelling - Experience exporting clean glTF/GLB for real-time or web use PBR texturing experience - A portfolio with real product models (not only characters or environments) Nice to have - Work on product configurators or Three.js / WebGL projects - Experience modelling sports gear To apply - Links to 2–3 product models you've made (ideally ones we can rotate in the browser) - One or two sentences on how you'd match a product's shape from photos - Start your reply with the word "Frame" so we know you read this
