Looking for bathroom tile layout

Looking fir bathroom tile layout. FYI it's an unfinished basement nothing much there other than the layout I've created for the spaces. The basement is fully designed I simply need the tile layout and am happy to share the parameters and what I'm thinking. here is what im looking for. The floating vanity and all the parts are attached. The floating-wall-mount-vanity itself is 48" x 20" deep long the main bathroom area walls will be tied in 4x 4' Similar Marakesh blue, similar and uneven texture to a Zellige tile. The floor will have 2" hexagons in a coordinating blue, but I'm adding an outline of 2 x 2 squares in a rug around the vanity, to outline it, mirroring its size and shape same color way in a rectangle, the center will be the same 2" hexagons. A color drench of sorts. The shower is a steam shower. It will have the 4 x 4" tiles on the walls, ceiling and the front of the bench seat. The bench seat will run 6' wide along the back wall of the shower and have a black solid granite surface on top. Please see designs and images. I need a full scale tile designfor teh tile-guy as per my ideas based on the tiles we are using and have ordered. Also there will be (2) 12 x 12 niches in the shower. The shower floor will be 1" octagons in the same color way. I am thinking the niches can be a combination of the 1" octagon and 2" square tiles? Yes please add your thoughts on this.
