Looking for a creator to make a street map of a rural Alaskan community

I live in a rural community (unincorporated area) in Alaska where we have NO ADDRESSES, yet the streets all have names even if they are in the middle of the forest. What I am looking for is a street map with ALL of the street names labeled on the streets - even if they are currently in the forest. I can go to Google maps & zoom until I get street names, screenshot and do that for the whole community - then tape them together & print them as a map. - That's far too logical though because.... some places are more dense & require extra zoom to get the street name - which means those wouldn't be at the same scale and in the end would not match up correctly. In the end I would like the largest wall map of all of the street names in the community. Clearly readable (much like a Google map) and possibly a nice header with the name population, date, map makers info, etc.
