Looking for a music transcriber and engraver!

Hello! I am a musical theater composer and have a musical titled You Go On that is going to be off Broadway next year at the Players Theatre in Greenwich Village, NYC from May 6th to June 6th. In preparation for this, I am hosting a GALA on November 6th of this year, and I would love to have some sheet music for a few of the shows tunes to be able to be performed live. However I'm looking to also forge a relationship with someone to be my transcriber and engraver for the entire score as well, and someone who is willing to work together over the next year at least. Synopsis of the musical: You Go On is a musical about a community living in the aftermath of a school shooting, and follows Tyler (a fifteen year old freshman) and his classmates as they navigate the transition from school shooting to prom season. It is based off of my own experience. **Because you are someone I would be in contact with for the next year at least, I am also looking for someone who is passionate, kind and can appreciate what a show like this means to me.** How I work: - I send the Logic pro file to you, you transcribe and engrave, then send back to me for notes. We continue this back and forth until we are happy with the product, then we move on to the next. I try to limit my notes to one initial email to keep us moving, but sometimes there are additional lyric changes or things that I miss! Skills required: - Ability to view logic pro files - Music transcribing and engraving skills for instruments as well as vocals - Willingness to be accurate and quickly - Willing to collaborate - Easy to get ahold of. November 6th needs - Instrumental parts for drum set, piano 1, piano 2, guitar 1 (sheet music and tabs), guitar 2 (sheet music and tabs), E bass, and strings if needed. I will only be doing 5-6 songs from the show and I don't write particularly difficult music in general, but I do want to make sure that the music is in my musicians hands quickly to rehearse. - Need sheet music quickly, likely by beginning of October. Post November needs: - Vocal scores. The theater has asked us to stick with instrumental tracks, so for now I am planning on just needing all vocal lines for the off-Broadway gig. That may change if we surpass our fundraising goals. - Patience. There WILL be rewrites to songs in preparation for the off-Broadway gig, and I need someone who won't get frustrated with a small tedious lyric changes or things like that. This show is an ever growing and changing piece, and I want to work with someone who can appreciate that. - Commitment - Speed at getting new lyrics, music, etc into the new sheet music. Regardless on if we only use tracks for the off-Broadway gig, I will still eventually want the full score for a live band to do, so that will still be a goal of ours at some point in this next year. Requests - I have to handle payments individually, so we would go piece by piece instead of a lump sum for the whole score.
