Summary

My cats are being held at MAQIS due to a weird rule change and the authorities are not responding, our cat’s health deteriorating day by day. Already 1 month in and the quarantine was supposed to be 2 weeks. Need a skilled negotiator or lawyer to help resolve this. Ideally to visit MAQIS headquarters, speak to the relevant officers and attain a definitive date of release. Willing to negotiate price. Please only answer if you are already living in KL area and up for the task.
