Looking for a team for SEO for Trainee.in

We’re looking for an experienced Lovable + React technical SEO specialist or small team to audit and improve Trainee.in. This is strictly an on-site SEO project—not link building, generic SEO consulting, or LLM optimisation. About Trainee.in Trainee.in is a fast-growing platform with more than 10,000 trainee jobs, internships, and career-related research reports. We already have meaningful organic visibility, but traffic growth is below expectations. The site is built in Lovable, using a React/Vite SPA, Supabase, Vercel and Cloudflare. We need someone who understands the specific SEO challenges of modern JavaScript applications created in Lovable—not someone who only works with WordPress, Shopify, or traditional websites. A key technical issue identified so far is that our prerendered/static HTML setup exists but is not consistently being served to crawlers. This means some pages may expose a generic SPA shell instead of page-specific content, metadata and internal links to Googlebot and other crawlers. The work will start with validating this and prioritising the most valuable fixes. Scope of work You will review the full site and create a practical, prioritised technical SEO plan. You should then be able to support implementation directly in Lovable and/or through code changes in the connected repository. Potential areas include: Technical SEO audit of a Lovable-built React/Vite application Crawlability, rendering and indexing review for JavaScript/SPA pages Validation and repair of SSR, prerendering, static HTML delivery, edge functions, middleware, rewrites and crawler handling Review of robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, pagination and indexation rules Title tags, meta descriptions, headings and scalable metadata templates Structured data / Schema.org review and clean-up Internal-linking strategy and implementation for thousands of job and research-report pages Identification and clean-up of duplicate, thin, orphaned or low-value pages Core Web Vitals and mobile performance review, especially for users on slower networks SEO-friendly implementation of new features and functions in Lovable/React Measurement plan using Google Search Console and Google Analytics We have more than 10,000 content/job-related records and need a solution that is scalable—not one-off manual page edits. Important: Lovable experience is mandatory Please do not apply unless you have real hands-on experience working with Lovable and have implemented SEO improvements in a Lovable project. We are specifically looking for experience with the technical realities of Lovable-generated React applications, such as: React/Vite SPA rendering and hydration Prerendering, SSR, SSG or static HTML delivery Vercel deployments, rewrites, middleware or edge functions Supabase-based content/data models Dynamic metadata, canonical URLs and structured data Search-engine crawlability for JavaScript-heavy websites Debugging why Googlebot receives a different or incomplete HTML response We are not looking for: Backlink packages Outreach or guest-posting services Generic keyword-research-only consultants Agencies that primarily work with WordPress or Shopify “AI SEO” or LLM/answer-engine optimisation services at this stage LLM optimisation—including preparation for AI search and AI crawlers—is planned as a separate project later. For this engagement, the focus is entirely on on-site SEO and technical SEO. Required in your proposal To be considered, your proposal must clearly include: Your hands-on experience with Lovable Describe the Lovable projects you have worked on. Explain what you personally implemented or fixed. At least 1–3 anonymised client examples of React SEO optimisation Do not disclose confidential client names if you cannot. But describe the project type, technical stack, SEO problem, actions taken and measurable result. Example: “React/Vite marketplace with 20,000 dynamic pages; fixed crawlability through prerendering and dynamic metadata; indexed pages increased from X to Y.” Your proposed methodology for Trainee.in How would you audit a Lovable React application? How would you diagnose whether Googlebot receives rendered, page-specific HTML? How would you prioritise technical fixes versus content, metadata, internal linking and performance work? How do you validate that changes are actually working in Google Search Console and live crawler tests? Your availability, hourly rate or project-based estimate, and expected timeline for: Initial audit and roadmap Implementation support Post-launch monitoring and validation Selection criteria We will prioritise applicants who can demonstrate: Proven Lovable experience Strong technical SEO knowledge for React, JavaScript and SPAs Experience with Vercel, Supabase and dynamic/programmatic SEO A clear and practical audit methodology The ability to work hands-on with developers or implement changes directly Evidence of measurable SEO outcomes from comparable projects Clear communication in English Applications without specific Lovable experience and anonymised React SEO case examples will be rejected.
