# Virtual Assistant — Creator Sourcing & Partnership Ads Commitment: 4–5 hrs/day (min.) | Start: Immediate Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus ## About the Role We're a fast-growing DTC brand in the beauty/wellness space (hair care). We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to own our creator sourcing and partnership ads department: finding, vetting, and managing the content creators who fuel our paid social and organic growth. This isn't an entry-level "follow a script" role. You'll be handed a department to run, however you still have some guidance and an experienced manager over you to solve your concerns if necessary. You will receive SOPs to learn fast and improve over time. We need someone who can take ownership, not just take instructions. ## What You'll Do - Source and vet content creators/UGC talent for partnership and paid ad content - Manage outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of new creators - Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, and timelines with creators - Track creator performance (content quality, turnaround, ad performance where applicable) - Maintain and improve our creator sourcing SOPs as you learn the process - Report progress and blockers clearly to the team — in English ## Who You Are - Native or fully fluent Spanish speaker - Fluent in English — reading, writing, and speaking. All internal team communication happens in English, so this is non-negotiable - Proven experience sourcing creators/influencers and running creator partnership or affiliate-style ad campaigns - Comfortable owning a function end-to-end, not just executing tasks - Fast learner — willing to absorb new SOPs and adapt as our process evolves - Organized, proactive, and communicative — you flag problems before they become fires - Available to start immediately, with no conflicting commitments - Can reliably commit **4–5 hours per day, consistent schedule ## Nice to Have - Experience in DTC/e-commerce, especially beauty, wellness, or health categories - Familiarity with UGC/creator platforms, affiliate tracking, or influencer CRM tools - Experience negotiating flat-fee or hybrid (fee + commission) creator contracts ## Compensation - Fixed base salary (paid monthly) + Performance bonus tied to department KPIs (creators onboarded, content quality/output, campaign performance) ## How to Apply Send a loom video (up to 5min) introducing yourself and sharing your experience sourcing/working with content creators.
