We are a fast-growing team that relies heavily on smooth, secure technology. We are looking for an adaptable IT professional to support us on a flexible, project-by-project basis, with the long-term goal of bringing the right person on full-time. Our working hours are from 6 AM PST to 2:30 PM PST Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Specialist on a temporary, need-by-basis arrangement. However, we have a bigger vision: if you possess the full spectrum of skills we need to manage our infrastructure, this role has immediate potential to convert into a permanent, full-time position. Initially, you will help us tackle immediate tech support needs, system setups, and troubleshooting. As you demonstrate your capabilities, you will have the opportunity to take on a leading roll. Key Responsibilities On-Demand Support: Provide rapid-response troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues as they arise. System Setup: Configure and deploy employee workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices. Cloud & Software Admin: Manage and optimize company platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IAM tools, etc.). Infrastructure Management (The "Full-Time" Gateway): Assess our current network, security protocols, and backups, and propose/implement long-term improvements. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration. The Basics (Required): Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS, basic networking (Wi-Fi, routers), and everyday office software. Big plus will be knowing how to build/maintain a CRM application. The "Full-Time" Checklist (Preferred): Advanced knowledge of network security, server management, cloud architecture, or IT project management. Soft Skills: Highly reliable, self-motivated, and able to explain technical solutions to non-technical staff. What’s In It For You?
