Luxembourg Accountant Needed – Holding Company + Operating Company I’m looking for an experienced accountant to take over the accounting and annual compliance for two Luxembourg companies: * One Luxembourg holding company * One Luxembourg operating company The accounting should be relatively straightforward, but I’m specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in Luxembourg accounting and tax requirements. Scope of work may include: * Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting * Preparation of annual accounts * Luxembourg corporate tax returns * VAT returns where applicable * eCDF / RCS filings * Bank and account reconciliations * Year-end closing * Communication with Luxembourg tax authorities where necessary * General accounting and tax advice The previous accounting records are available and I’m looking for someone who can take over cleanly from the existing accountant. Requirements: * Strong experience with Luxembourg companies * Familiarity with Luxembourg corporate tax and filing requirements * Experience with holding companies * Fluent English or French * Able to work independently and proactively flag anything that needs attention When applying, please include: 1.
