Luxury Watch retouching images

Watch retouching for a luxury brand — ongoing, ~27 images/month, every month We produce packshots and lifestyle visuals for a watch brand with our proprietary AI workflow. We're looking for a retoucher to take our images to final, publishable quality, and we're hiring for the long term rather than a one-off. The work Each image comes with a correction sheet from the client and a set of official reference photos of the real watch. Your job is to make the image match the real product exactly — not approximately. Typical corrections: - restoring brushed vs polished finishes on bracelet links and bezel chamfers - correcting the shape of indices, hands and engravings - engraving depth (recessed vs embossed) - exact colour accuracy, including specific hex values for backgrounds - dust, stray highlights, seam and stitching cleanup - keeping every view of the same watch consistent with the others This is reconstruction work on metal, not background removal or e-commerce cleanup. If your portfolio is mainly cutouts, white backgrounds and beauty retouching, this won't be a fit. Deliverables - Non-destructive PSD, named layers, no flattening - JPEG at maximum quality - Same dimensions as the source - sRGB Volume and turnaround Around 9 images per watch, minimum 3 watches per month, growing. Typical turnaround is 24 hours per image once we're up and running. How we hire We start with one test image. It's deliberately the heaviest job we have — we'd rather show you the top of the range than the easy end. Most of the regular work is lighter.
