M365 Migration / SharePoint Specialist (ShareGate) needed

We're building a M365 migration delivery service for IT service providers who don't have in-house migration capacity. We currently are looking at 5 upcoming migration projects with more expected on an ongoing basis. We're looking to connect with experienced M365 migration specialists who are familiar with ShareGate (or a comparable tool) for migrations, to build a working relationship for this project and beyond - not just a single one-off task. Scope of each project: - One M365 migration (including Mailbox, Sensitivity Lables etc.), up to 2TB of data per project - Source and target tenant access will be provided/coordinated by us - Full migration lifecycle using ShareGate: discovery and scoping, pre-migration mapping, execution and monitoring, post-migration validation - Direct, clear communication with us throughout each project - client-facing coordination is handled on our end, so you can focus purely on technical delivery What we want to understand from you before we get started: - Your hands-on experience with ShareGate specifically (or comparable tools like BitTitan/MigrationWiz) - Whether you prefer to work hourly or on a fixed price per migration, and why that works better for you - Roughly how many hours a migration of this size (~2TB, standard mail/file workload, no complex hybrid AD sync) typically takes you, based on past projects - Your availability across the coming weeks/months, since we have 5 projects to move through and want a specialist who can take on more than one Nice to have, not required: - Experience with hybrid Active Directory / Entra ID sync scenarios - Experience with SharePoint/OneDrive permission structures during migration - Prior tenant-to-tenant (not just on-prem to cloud) migration experience - We're aiming to start with one project first to establish a good working rhythm, then move through the remaining four together if it's a good fit on both sides
