**MEP Draftsman / Designer Needed for Hotel Project – AutoCAD Revisions & Coordination** We are looking for an experienced **MEP draftsman/designer** to complete and revise the MEP drawings for a hotel project. The project already has: * MEP engineering calculations * Preliminary MEP design * Design criteria and equipment requirements * Architectural drawings * Structural drawings * Instructions and comments from the MEP engineer The main task is to **review, revise, coordinate, and complete the MEP drawings in AutoCAD** based on the provided calculations, preliminary design, and engineering instructions. ### Scope of Work The scope includes coordination and drafting for: * Electrical power and lighting * Load schedules, panels, and single-line diagrams * Plumbing and water supply * Sanitary, waste, and vent drainage * Stormwater drainage * HVAC / air-conditioning * Mechanical ventilation * Fire-fighting systems * Fire alarm / FDAS where required * ELV / data / communication systems where applicable * Pumps, tanks, equipment rooms, and plant areas * Vertical shafts, risers, and service routes * Coordination with architectural and structural drawings * Correction of clashes and inconsistencies * Incorporation of MEP engineer comments and revisions The selected freelancer should be able to take the existing preliminary drawings and engineering information and develop them into a **complete, coordinated, professional MEP drawing package**. ### Required Experience * Strong AutoCAD MEP drafting experience * Previous hotel, commercial, or hospitality project experience * Ability to understand engineering calculations and design instructions * Good understanding of MEP coordination * Ability to identify clashes and practical installation issues * Experience coordinating MEP with architectural and structural drawings * Ability to produce clean, professional construction drawings ### Final Deliverables * Complete coordinated MEP drawings * Editable AutoCAD DWG files * PDF drawing set * Updated equipment and drawing schedules where applicable * All revisions requested by the MEP engineer within the agreed scope * Final coordinated source files Please send examples of similar **hotel or commercial MEP projects** you have completed.
