MEP (HVAC) Revit Modeling - Small Paid Test Task

I'm looking for a reliable freelance MEP Revit modeler to join a small ongoing bench I use for BIM coordination and modeling projects (commercial, healthcare, and data center work). Before bringing anyone on for real client projects, I run a small paid test task to check turnaround time, modeling quality, and communication. For this test: I'll provide a simple MEP layout reference (supply/return ductwork, diffusers, RTU, Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures). I need it modeled in Revit MEP to LOD 200-300 ductwork routing, air terminals, and equipment, following standard modeling conventions. Deliverable: native RVT file plus a PDF export. If this goes well, I'd like to bring you on as a regular go-to for MEP modeling work ongoing, project-based, not a one-off. What I need from you: confirmation you have your own licensed Revit, your typical turnaround estimate for a task like this, and your availability going forward.
