MMA and Comedy Podcast Video Editor
Worldwide
Podcast Editor — Full Episodes + Clips (Golden Hour & In the Arena MMA) I've been producing podcasts for over 10 years for people like Jo Koy, Adam Carolla, Theo Von and more. Now I need that same caliber of help on my own projects. We're looking for a skilled editor to take on two shows: Golden Hour (comedy) and In the Arena MMA. This is an ongoing weekly role with two parts: 1. Full episode edits. Each week you'll edit full podcast episodes running 60–75 minutes. Episodes are recorded with multiple camera angles, so every edit is a multicam project in Premiere Pro. You'll be cutting for pacing, cleaning up dead air, switching angles with intention, and delivering a polished final episode ready for YouTube and audio platforms. 2. Clips. Once the episode is locked, you'll break it down into short-form clips for social — 6 clips per week. You'll pull the best moments, add graphics and captions where needed, and package them for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X. For the MMA show, you'll cut in fight footage as B-roll (we'll handle sourcing and provide the footage) so viewers can see the fight we're breaking down, not just us talking about it. Requirements Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 (latest version — non-negotiable) Strong experience with multicam sequence editing in Premiere. Every episode uses multiple camera angles, so this is a core skill, not a nice-to-have Ability to deliver one full 60–75 minute episode edit plus 6 clips per week with consistent turnaround Comfortable working with provided B-roll and syncing it to conversation Reliable internet and clear communication Big pluses You're an MMA/UFC fan and understand the sport well enough to match the right visual to the right moment in a fight breakdown You have a sense of humor. We need an editor who recognizes comedic timing — the awkward pauses, the ridiculous takes, the moments that deserve a zoom-in or a sound effect. If you can make people laugh with an edit, we want to hear from you To apply, please include A link to your portfolio or samples — full episode edits AND short-form clips (podcast or sports content preferred) Confirmation that you're running the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro A brief note on your multicam editing experience Bonus: your favorite current UFC fighter and why If you're fast, dependable, and get the vibe, let's talk.
