Summary

We are seeking an experienced MSP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSPs familiar with ticketing systems, documenting tickets and working alongside customers and different technical environments. This requires working on Eastern Time afterhours 7:30pm - 10pm and weekends 7:30pm - 9pm . Excellent English is required for this position. Must have 365 Administrative experience, Windows 10/11 experience, MacOS, active directory, MDM, backup and disaster recovery, MFA, Conditional access, Outlook , Windows Servers, Azure VM, AWS VM, etc.
