MT5/MQL5 Developer Needed to Audit, Fix & Backtest XAUUSD News-Trading

I need an experienced MQL5/MT5 developer to review, correct, complete, and backtest an existing XAUUSD (Gold) news-trading Expert Advisor called LuxNewsEA. The EA is based on a documented trading strategy and I will provide the full strategy booklet, existing .mq5 source code, and the original video/interview explaining the strategy. The developer should first audit the strategy against the video, especially the interpretation of the trader's stated 80-pip stop loss and 500-pip target on Gold, and correct the EA accordingly. Any dependent settings—including spread limits, ATR/volatility filters, target-consumption calculations, position sizing, and risk controls—must then be recalibrated. I also need the MT5 Economic Calendar integration reviewed and fixed for reliable live trading, including proper handling of Actual, Forecast, Previous, revisions, event grouping, release timing, and missing/late data. Because MT5's economic calendar cannot simply be relied upon for historical Strategy Tester runs, I need a practical solution for obtaining/importing historical economic news data containing both forecast and actual values so the strategy can be properly backtested. The finished EA should compile with 0 errors and 0 warnings, maintain strict percentage-based risk management and prop-firm safety controls, prevent duplicate trades, recover correctly after MT5/VPS restarts, and produce detailed logs showing why each trade was entered or rejected. I would also like the developer to clearly separate must-fix bugs from optional improvements, run meaningful backtests after the corrections, and provide the updated .mq5 source code, required historical-news data/files, recommended settings, and backtest results.
