Mailchimp Designer & Marketing Specialist – Referral Partner Newsletters

We are looking for a talented **Mailchimp Designer & Marketing Specialist** to help us create a professional, engaging series of **news flashes/newsletters** for our clinic, referral, and professional partners. These communications will be used to stay connected with both **current and potential referral partners**, showcase our firm, highlight community involvement, and keep our referral network informed about what’s happening at our firm. We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for **design and marketing** and is comfortable working within **Mailchimp** to create polished, professional email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to take information and ideas from our team and turn them into visually appealing, engaging communications that are consistent with our brand. * Designing a series of professional **news flashes/newsletters** through Mailchimp * Creating visually engaging email layouts that are easy to read and mobile-friendly * Developing a consistent look and feel across our partner communications * Incorporating our firm’s branding, colours, fonts, imagery, and messaging * Helping showcase: * Community outreach and involvement * Firm updates and highlights * New initiatives and services * Referral partner highlights * Successful referral relationships * Educational content relevant to our clinic and professional partners * Upcoming events and opportunities to connect * Working with our team to turn rough ideas/content into polished marketing pieces * Helping develop templates that can be reused for future news flashes * Setting up and formatting campaigns within Mailchimp * Potentially assisting with **Typeform** integrations/forms where appropriate * Recommending design or marketing improvements to make our communications more engaging * Ensuring all campaigns look professional, consistent, and on-brand Skills & Experience * Strong experience with **Mailchimp** * Excellent graphic/design skills * Strong understanding of email marketing and engagement * Experience creating professional newsletters, email campaigns, or marketing communications * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work with existing brand guidelines * Ability to take written content and turn it into visually appealing marketing material * Excellent communication and responsiveness **Nice to Have:** * Experience working with professional services, healthcare, legal, or B2B businesses * Experience with **Typeform** * Experience creating referral-partner or B2B marketing campaigns * Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and analytics * Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms ### The Project We would initially like to develop a **series of branded news flashes** that we can use on an ongoing basis. We are looking for someone who can help us establish a strong visual format/template and then create individual editions as needed.
