Make QK Live look & feel world-class development (voice/social app, Yalla-style)

QK Live (qk.live) is a live, real-time voice and social platform — similar in spirit to Yalla and Yalla Ludo. It has voice rooms, live gifting, mic seats, in-app games, VIP levels, leaderboards, and real-time presence (who's online, who's talking, who's on a mic seat). This is an established, live product with real users and real revenue today, not a prototype. The current stack is Laravel (PHP) with MySQL on AWS RDS and Redis, deployed on AWS EC2 behind an Auto Scaling Group and Load Balancer, with Agora powering the real-time voice and messaging layer, a Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android, and a Laravel Blade admin dashboard. I'm looking for one reliable partner, or a small team, who can own the product end-to-end — not just write code when asked, but actually care about the product like it's theirs. The work has two sides that go together. The first is UI/UX: the app works, but it doesn't feel premium yet, and I want someone with a genuine eye for design who can redesign the look and feel to match top-tier apps in this category, make it feel smooth, simple, and expensive rather than cluttered or confusing, and design new features and screens as we add them rather than just re-skinning what already exists. The second side is full-stack development: ongoing feature work on both the Laravel backend and the Flutter app, real-time systems work covering presence and online-status accuracy, voice-room mic seats, live counters, and RTM events, real production bug fixing that's sometimes urgent and sometimes subtle like race conditions or data consistency issues, and comfort working carefully and directly on a live production system without breaking things for real users. By professional I mean code that's clean and maintainable and not just something that happens to work, testing before shipping anything that touches money, presence, or moderation, explaining tradeoffs instead of silently picking one, and flagging risks before they become incidents rather than after. This role requires a genuine expert in voice-chat and social-networking platforms specifically — I am only looking to hear from people who have actually built or worked on a similar voice-chat or social platform before. The ideal candidate has strong Laravel and Flutter experience, both rather than just one, has shipped real-time features before such as sockets, RTM, live presence, or chat, with Agora experience being a big plus, has a genuine UI/UX sense and can show past work that looks premium rather than merely functional, is comfortable with ongoing long-term work since this isn't a one-off project and I need someone I can rely on continuously, and communicates clearly and proactively.
